Cruise Party

On Friday night 8 of us from work went to a cruise party. It costs 2500yen (£13), lasts two hours and is all you can drink!

I was expecting something like a canal boat but it turned out to be a full size cruise ship with about 6 decks of bars, food stalls and entertainment. The route goes around Tokyo Bay and has spectacular views of the city all lit up. There was even a storm in the distance which added to the show.

Rather reminiscent of a Glasgow night out, the boys head to the Kebab van!

In order to grasp the scale of some of these buildings, the little orange tokyo tower on the right is actually slightly bigger than the eiffel tower.

I tried to get a shot of this building, its a TV studio which features an interesting giant Orb suspended between the buildings

We crossed a flight path to the airport so many aircraft flew overhead.

A short video of a plane flying buy with the storm in the background, an exceptional sight!
